Are you using Box Sync or Box Drive?
You'll want to check first if there are any errors syncing on your local machine. Both Box Sync and Box Drive provides detailed user notifications if a file/s or folder cannot be synced. To see the list of current problem files, go to the Box Sync/ Box Drive icon in your system tray or menu bar and select the "Error Syncing File" option:
Here is how you can check:

All problem file notifications will be listed here. They should disappear automatically once you have resolved the issue. If they do not, and you believe you have already resolved the issue, you can click Retry All to manually retry your actions.
