Access to Box account on personal phone blocked by Microsoft Portal

    Your device policy may be blocking your access to Box so I'd recommend reaching out to your company's IT department to see if there is way to unblock your access to applications such as Box.

    Hello, Thanks for your answer.

    My company is blocking access to BOX. But here I am trying to access Box from my personal phone.

    If I uninstall Microsoft portal from my personal phone, Box is working perfectly.

    It's not blocked by my device but by Microsoft portal.  So why is Box checking if the access is allowed by Microsoft portal for a personal account?

    I need Microsoft portal to access some other corporate tools from my personal phone. So it's not convenient to have to uninstall Microsotf portal every time I need to access box.
