Intermittent issues auto saving causing data loss
We have a shared Excel file with multiple users and periodically the data will disappear from the online version while collaborators are actively editing the document, and the information will have to be re-entered. This is after the users exit the spreadsheet and re-log in to Box and relaunch the Excel spreadsheet. Our file size is 20.9MB and the corporation has the 32GB limit set. Why is this happening, and it has happened 2 times this week, both in the evening within the window of 7:30p-10:00p Central time. Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated.
