O365 Sensitivity labelling
Does anyone know if it is it possible to use O365 sensitivity labelling in Box? Azure Information Protection (AIP) labelling worked previously but this technology is to be retired soon. I can apply an O365 sensitivity label to a document before I first save it to Box but subsequently this is greyed out (regardless if it has already been set i.e. as soon as the document is saved to Box the sensitivity button in Word/Excel etc becomes greyed out). This presents me with a problem as we use O365 cloud app security to monitor/prevent the sharing of documents that have been classified as sensitive etc. TIA

Hi Imiddleton,
Welcome to the Box Community!
Since the Sensitivity labelling is a functionality owned by Microsoft, and Box interacts with Office Apps by housing the file, sending it off to Microsoft's service, and receiving the changes back from Microsoft's service, this question seems more appropriate to confirm with Microsoft tech support.
Thanks for your participation in the community!
Best,

Thanks for your reply @france. I will indeed ask MS support but my question stands, is it possible to use O365 sensitivity labelling with files stored on Box? I would expect this functionality to be known as the majority of Box's client base will likely be using O365. I'll post back to this thread if I hear back from O365 support either way but it really should be something that is a known quantity by Box.
