    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you would like to Upgrade your account, you can do so by logging into your Box account and navigating to the upgrade page in the Admin Console,

    On step 3 and 4 of this process, you will have the option to choose your new plan and your preferred billing cycle.

    Can you please tell me how to make our payments current?  Unaware that the card we were using expired.
