    Hi Josh,

    Welcome to Box Community!

    Each Box users can enable 2FA in all type of accounts with Box. However, the option to require it for all users within your Box instance you'd have to register to Enterprise plan.

    Here's the steps for you:

    Let me know if you have questions,

    Best,

    Agree with you Josh - from our perspective it's one of Box's biggest scams, forcing you to pay $35/month just for access to a feature that is so important it should be included at every level - if we left and moved to Dropbox or similar, this would be one of the main reasons.

    Agreed Adam. Finding out that individual users can enable it with no ability to monitor/enforce is essentially useless from a security audit standpoint.

    What BS! I need to upgrade to enforce good security. One more reason I'm going to look at migrating off of Box. Talk about bone-headed policy.

    when your IT team are telling you to switch to onedrive because its free, and your staff are complaining because box sync/drive are so buggy, and you need to upgrade just to get basic security features, you start to get itchy feet...

    @Adam Schaffer

    I agree. But I am concerned about the file limitations in OneDrive and the fact that each user controls their own data, so one master user would have to run teh show, unless I wanted to use a SharePoint.

    @Josh didn't realise Onedrive had no out of the box admin controls, not very practical

    @Ken do you have experience using Google Drive as a Box-like solution? I thought Drive was mostly aimed at people also using their G suite tools like Sheets and Docs?
