Upgraded to Business Plan - Critical Folder missing

We upgraded to the Business Plan yesterday, but the files we work with are now missing. We understand from the Support forums that it may take some time for files to appear after an upgrade. However, after checking today, we still cannot access them.
This issue is critically affecting our operations. Could your team please look into this urgently?
