Duplicate Account Issues
CompletedMy account under a paid account.
I have had an account for several years under <personal infomation-redacted>. This email is no longer valid. I added my personal email for now temporarily <personal infomation-redacted>.
Owner accidentally created a new account for my new email instead of letting me update the email on my existing account. I have tried deleting the new account and so has the owner. Box has confirmed the account was deleted BUT will not allow me to add my email to my existing account. It keeps giving an error "Oops - that person already has a Box account". The cancelled account is under <personal infomation-redacted>. We need it completely wiped so I can add it to my existing account. Thanks!
