AnsweredI'm logging in with someone else's account. Because I didn't receive email after click "Reset Password". I have followed the troubleshooting step but it still not worked. My email is <personal information-redacted>
I have checked Box site and email are not in my company's block list of websites. And I also reset my password using a different browser or you can clear cache and cookies on my preferred browser.
Also, I have checked my virus scan, Internet Service Provider, and company's mail server or firewall and make sure that my email client is not blocking emails from

It shows that you don't have an existing Box account using the indicated email address. In this case, you can just sign up for free using https://www.box.com/en-ca/pricing/individual.
