2 step verification
AnsweredA user has forgotten their password and is unable to access their Box account.
I sent them a link to reset the password, but the system did not allow me to proceed without first completing the two-step verification process, which was unsuccessful.
The Box requires a significant amount of data in order to perform its functions effectively.
Our company is called Playheart and we are currently using the Enterprise package.
Ms. Bao-Yen An is the individual in question.
