Unable to assign new Admin
CompletedA team member created a Box account with her personal email (Hotmail). Now we'd like to transition the Admin role from her to another team member with a company email.
When we follow the Box instructions, the account creator and current Admin receives an email to verify the change, but the link in the email gives this error:
You do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer.
You may not confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out and try again after logging in as the administrator.
