Can't upgrade - my account needs further verification?
AnsweredI encountered the below error message. Unbelievable, I want to upgrade but need to raise a ticket? So not user friendly and not time sensitive nowadays. I need an upgrade urgently but can't! I can see people were raising a similar ticket in the past but this this situation still hasn't been resolved.
"There was an error processing your request.
Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
