How to open support case after transmitting logs?
AnsweredSame issue as asked by previously in Open Support Ticket??. Friday and today, Box app has popped up a widow with some type of error and allowing me to send logs for review. After the logs have been transmitted, a new dialog box pops up telling me to open a support case. The link in the dialog goes to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us, not a page to open a support request.

Please visit support.box.com and make sure to sign in the email address associated with your Box account for you to be able to see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team (submit case, chat, etc.). These options will vary by customer, depending on account type, agent availability and support subscription level.
