Insufficient Disc space

I also facing the same issue. I get the error message saying "insufficient disc space." I tried to move one of the folders out of Box to free up space but it still didn't let me save any new files into Box. My Storage Space is zero used. Can you help me?

Are you getting the "insufficient disc space" error in Box Drive? If yes, this behavior would be expected if the space on your machine is limited. Specifically, when you attempt to upload files using Box Drive app, it will create a copy on the computer first, and then upload up. This also applies when you move or copy files. The computer will try to move that content into Box Drive but the move will count against the machine's storage capacity.
The move action will first take up space on the user's hard drive before it gets uploaded to Box. Once the folder is uploaded, it will no longer take up space. As a workaround when using Box Drive, I recommend selecting smaller subfolders and copying those in batches instead of copying over the entire folder structure.Hope this helps! Thank you for posting.
