photo image can't open in CR3 format

When I tried to open an image file I loaded to the box, file extension is .CR3, I have the following message: (This preview didn’t load because the file type is unsupported. Please try to open or download the file to view.) what do i need to do to be able to open the file and view the image? I have other software app which can open these kinds of files, FastrawViewer, would that helps to open those files?

    Hello William Lee,
    I tried opening a .CR3 file in Box but received an error that the preview didn’t load due to unsupported file type. Any suggestions or solutions to view the image? I have FastRawViewer, which can open such files. NY State DMV

    At the moment, you can't preview CR3 files on Box Content Preview. To get the list of our supported file types, please see this article.
