Account storage limit reached
Answeredi created a new folder in my account and every time i try to upload, it shows me that account storage limit reached.
I checked my account in admin console and i have unlimited storage.
What's going on?
Could you help me.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Upon checking, it's true that you've already reached your storage limitation and I'm afraid, you don't have unlimited storage.
To confirm your account storage:
- Log in to box.com and navigate to your Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Account Details> Storage Used.
