    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Upon checking, it's true that you've already reached your storage limitation and I'm afraid, you don't have unlimited storage. 

    To confirm your account storage: 

    • Log in to box.com and navigate to your Account Settings. 
    • Scroll down to Account Details> Storage Used.
