Linking my email to my Box account
CompletedHi, I set up a Box Business Plus (nonprofit) account yesterday evening for my organization. When I put in my email address in the order form, I received an email saying that email address had already been used. I ended up putting in my executive director's email, but soon realized that is not going to be workable, as I need to be able to receive emails and sign up other users on our Box account. I don't have any memory of this, but my email must be associated with another Box account. How can that email be released so that I can be the administrator of the new Box account?
Also, when my executive director clicked on the link to verify the new Box account, she received an error message saying
- This email confirmation link has expired
- The link you clicked to confirm your email has expired. If you wouldn't mind: Please contact your account administrator and request them to resend the email confirmation of the account you are trying to access.
So we would like the verification email resent, but sent to me, instead. Thank you.
