保存したファイル数の表示について

以前デスクトップのフォルダーに保存していた、PDFをBOXにアップロードしました。保存数を確認したら、実際の数とBOXに保存した数に相違が生じます。

BOXに保存した数の方が多く表示されます。

そのような現象はありますか？

また、この解決方法教えてください。
