Unable to Upgrade My Account

I’ve been trying to upgrade my Box account (email: fk-2025-1@connetis.co.jp), but after several failed attempts, my account seems to be restricted. I’ve already tried updating my credit card info, switching browsers, and using a different card, but nothing has worked. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
