Issue: URLs directing to wrong location

I created a dashboard and have links back to Box folders with data related to certain aspects of the dashboard.  When I click those links they take me to the larger folder (2 folders up from where the link should go).  Infuriatingly, when some of my employees click on the links they are taken to the correct folder.  I was able to use Box Drive to create a link that works for me, but I dont want to have to go back through and re-created all those links.  The only differences I can think of are that I have Box Drive and they dont as well as they arent on the "shared" list for those folders, they are just part of the organization so they have access.

Ive noticed that when I copy the URL and paste it into chrome and hit enter, the URL changes to the larger folder rather than the subfolder Im trying to get to.

Folder setup:

  1. Office folder (this is where I get taken to when I click the link)
  2. Sub folder 1
  3. Sub-sub folder 1 (this is where the link should lead to and where my employees get taken to when they click the link)

    I just had this happen as well - except when I clicked on the link it took me to the wrong client's folder. This is a huge issue. Is there a solve?
