Error during upgrade
AnsweredDear Support Center,
I am using the "Box Individual" plan and have applied for an upgrade to "Box Personal Pro." However, I am getting the following error message:
"An error occurred while processing your request. Further authentication of your account is required. Please submit a ticket at support.box.com."
Country: Japan
Could you please give me some advice on how to resolve this issue?
