Unable to add users to Box Enterprise account
AnsweredSays the accounts are either already part of a box Enterprise or a box standard. How do we resolve this?
-
To resolve this, ensure the users aren't already on another Box Enterprise or Standard account.
If they are, remove them from those accounts before re-inviting them to your Enterprise account. If the issue continues, contact Box support for further assistance in resolving 7 brew account conflicts
Hope! it would be helpful. -

This usually means the email address is already tied to another feed Box account. The user needs to either log in and leave their existing Box account, or the admin can claim the domain in the Box Admin Console and convert those users into the Enterprise account. After that, you should be able to add them without issues.
