Delete a Co-Admin and Primary Admin

Hello

Two employees have been laid off from the company.  One was a co-admin and the other was the primary admin.  I can not find a way to remove both of them.  I am the VP of Operations and Accounting and need to make sure they can no longer access this files.

Please help.
