I used to be able to log in using microsoft authenticator. I got a new phone, now I can't get the code, can't log in.

Need help please

  my boss is having the same problem, can't log in to bambang.feb@shinryo.co.id account because Can't get 6 digit code from authenticator app.
  Can you change to send verification only via email bambang.feb@shinryo.co.id ?
