Action Failed: Network Error
AnsweredFile stopped syncing today 4 february 2025 from our AppleMac Pros to Box on the web. We have checked our network and dont have problem problems there, the issue had developed over night as all syncs were working yesterday. Our colleague working from home is experiencing the same issue on her AppleMac Pro.
These are the specks for our macs:
- Apple M1 Max - 64 GB - Macintosh HD - Mac OS Sonoma 14.6
- Apple M1 Max - 64 GB - Macintosh HD - Mac OS Ventura
- Apple M1 Max - 64 GB - Macintosh HD - Mac OS Monterey
Please give us a clue how to get Box sync up and running again
