New User Not Receiving Confirmation Emails
CompletedHello,
I am attempting to set up Box.com for a managed user at <personal information-redacted> We use Microsoft Exchange. I have attempted to send dozens of email confirmations from Box.com to this address, and none arrive. I have added box.com to safe senders for his account. I have checked spam and conducted email trace. I can find no sign that any box.com emails are reaching this address.
