Hello,

I've been trying to invite users to our box file, but I keep getting an error message:
"Cannot invite deactivated accounts"

May I ask the support team to investigate this?

  It appears that the user you are trying to invite in your file may have deleted their Box account. To address this issue, kindly inform the user about this error and ask them to reach out to Box Support for assistance.
