unable to login with normal browser
AnsweredI am experiencing an issue with logging in. Here are the steps I have taken so far:
- Created an administrator user.
- Set a password policy that is stronger than the one used during user creation.
- After changing the settings, I encountered the following error and was unable to log in or navigate pages:
- I suspect the error is due to the current password violating the new policy.
- Used the "Forgot Password" feature to update the password.
- Even after updating, I still see the following screen:
- I performed a logout operation.
- Suspecting a cache issue, I tried logging in using Private mode and was able to log in without any problems.
Current Issue: Even after restarting the PC and attempting to log in again, the issue described in step 5 persists, and I cannot log in outside of Private mode.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history
3. Temporary disable plug-ins or extensionsI trust that the above steps will do the trick. Otherwise, let me know if the problem continues to exist.
