Cancel Subscription
AnsweredI am trying to contact support but it keeps bringing me to this Community Forum Page.
I need to cancel my 14 day free trial subscription.
Please reply here or to my email on file to confirm this was received.

Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here. - A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
