CompletedAutomatic provisioning of user XXXXX to app Box failed: Could not create new user. 409 - User with the specified login already exists Please fix this on the Tasks Page
Okta support says it must be addressed in Box:
Box Provisioning Error "Could not create new user. 409 - User with the specified login already exists"
