Account needs further verification but no ability to submit ticket
AnsweredI literally have no ability to submit a ticket the only option is to post inside this online forum and hope you see the error. I tried to upgrade to paid version and your website said my account needs further verification. All of the other answers you have given to other users say to 'contact sales' which isn't even possible as nothing is available and the link directs you back to the page where everyone started for the upgrade. No matter how many times I try to upgrade the system refuses. This seems like an error that has been ongoing for at least a year for numerous users. Are you going to fix it so paying customers can upgrade?

I would have used a live chat function if it gave me an option through my account but it doesn't provide me that as an option while I am logged in (your website specifically states is necessary to log into your account in order to utilize chat function, there is nothing that talks about what to do when live chat isn't even an option that shows up anywhere when you log in).
Who can correct this error so people can pay you to upgrade outside of the 'submit ticket' or 'live chat' which remain inaccessible to me?
