Login issue with 2 factor authentification
AnsweredMy colleague is having an issue logging in on his mobile device using Microsoft Authenticator. The device asks him to scan a QR code. Where do I find that code?

If your colleague is having trouble logging in on his mobile device, it would be best to suggest that he submit a ticket with Product Support so that a member of the team can help him.
