This product is obviously a scam to get people to sign up for a free trail and then make it to complicated to cancel before auto-renewing. I need support to cancel my account now. I have followed all the directions and the option is not where the FAQ directs me. This is where I get re-directed when I try to submit a support ticket. Please consider this my support ticket and reach out to me to cancel my trial
