Access to old Business Account

Hello Box Support,

My company has an old box setup with an email account from a former employee. We are looking to get access to this box account. How would we go about getting access to the account? We can prove the email address belongs to our company. 

Is there a support email or phone number we can call?

  Do you know if the Box account your looking for is still active or deleted? If it's the latter, you can just setup a new account with this email and contact our Sales team through box.com/pricing.
