Issues recieving password reset email

I created this account to contact support,
A user from another domain is having issues recieving a password reset email and already performed the recommendations under https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications
I believe the issue may be due to something on Box's side.
