    Thanks! When my post still hadn't shown up by the following day, I did go ahead and open up a ticket with Box Support. They're still in the process of resolving it, though, so if you or anyone else has any insights about things to try, please feel free to answer here and leave this as a resource for the next person who has the same question :)

    Did this ever get resolved?  I have a new user with a similar issue and I was doing a scan for answers and found this.
