Please tell me how to cancel my subscription.

  Hi Jintaro, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Canceling a Personal Pro Account

  1. Click your account avatar in the upper right, and then select Account Settings.
  2. In the Account Details section, click Cancel Account.
  3. Complete the survey and click Continue.
  4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to confirm and complete the process.

  • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.

  The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
