The login loop is not fixed

Recently, BOX Drive suddenly went offline, and I tried restarting the PC and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, even after signing in, it doesn't stay logged in, and a login prompt keeps appearing. Even after entering the credentials, the prompt appears again, preventing me from using BOX Drive. I researched and tried methods using commands, but the situation hasn't changed. Is there a solution to this problem?
