    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account

    Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.

    1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
    2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
      Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.
    3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
    4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
    • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.

    The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.

    Thanks.
    I received an invoice even though I didn't use the account and I deleted it after it was created. Also, I was entitled to a 14-day free trial and it hasn't been 14 days since the account was created. I can't pay this invoice Thank you for your support.
