Installing BoxDrive

My name is Edan Lloyd, and I did a free account in the box to store my files.
I want to try the application before I will pay for it.
I tried to install BoxDrive. I did the installation, and I got the window to log into my account. I pressed on it and entered my email address for the account. It opened a window that said opening the drive, and after a few seconds, it got back to the login screen and didn't add the drive.
I need your help to figure out What I did wrong.
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
This behavior occurs when there is a Google association with the account and you use the "Sign in with Google" flow when you are logging into Box normally.
Process for Resolution:
- Log into the Box.com web application (not Box Drive)
- Navigate to "Account Settings" by clicking your user icon in the top right corner
- Go to the "Integrations" tab
- Under the "Applications linked to your account", "Google" will be listed as one of the Applications. Press "Reset association" next to Google.
- Log into Box Drive again
