Need to Reset MFA
AnsweredI have an end user that needs to have their MFA reset. As the MFA credential no longer shows on their authenticator app. Is there a way to reset the MFA?
I dont see an option to create a ticket in the "Contact Support" tab. Only a link to this community forum.
The affected account is not the one I am currently logged in with. Can I somehow get a ticket created?
