Invite User Error: User belongs to another enterprise

Hello - We just setup a new Box account and are trying to invite a user that currently has an account with their work email tied to another enterprise account. We want to move this user over to the new Box account (including their files) and then the owner of the old Box account wants to remove that user.

Please advise.
