Cancel My Trial Subscription
AnsweredI made a mistake thinking I needed a subscription for this in order to access my photos that were sent by a company. Please cancel my subscription because I have no idea how to. Thank you!

            Hi Carmina, Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! Canceling a Business or Enterprise AccountOnly the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account. - Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
 Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.
- A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
- Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
 - The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
