    Hello,

    time critical problem i am having. I have had a box account since 2012. had 50gb space. recently i suggested a client use box for share files and they added me. but apparently the adding caused me to lose my old 50gb account and combine it with the client's account, and i have personal files on there so i obviously didn't want that to happen. how can i go back to my personal account and its 50 GBs and have a separate sharing on the client site. this is terrible. it should never be that a client adding you to share means your accounts are combined with theirs. this is critical. please advise. thanks,
