Box Status

messages won't/cannot cancel

I have file upload and duplicate file already there error notifications (my colleague has put the file and update on already and it's done and dusted).  I can log into Box but I cannot locate the 'unsyched' files to delete them to stop the endless Sisyphian Box routine of trying to do something that I no longer want?
