Authentication codes are saying "Invalid"
AnsweredHi, I have a person on my team who is getting an invalid login message when they try to use their authentication codes that they copied when they first logged in. All 3 are saying invalid. They can't log in or set up an authenticator app because of this. What are we supposed to do to get her in?

I'd like to inform you that when a specific Box user has exprienced errors while logging in. They must contact our Box Product Support team directly and use their affected email account.
For users with login issue, they can submit a case through this link.
