How to submit request for user migration from other company?
Hi!
There are few people in my team who already registered using the company's email with another company's Box account. We just decided to migrate from another cloud service to Box and cannot invite them in using the company email. Is there any way to migrate those users to the company account? Thank you.

Welcome to the Box Community!
Product support team can help with migrating managed users from one Box organization to another.
A ticket must be submitted for this request and this will also require approval from ALL primary administrators involved that they would like the migration to take place so the admins must be CC'ed on the request.
