Box Drive Not Run on Windows 10

Hi,

I have a client who is having problems with Box Divre using the Windows 10 version. When running the application, it opens in the tray next to the clock, but when accessing the folder, the error below appears.

If you access the box's root directory and run the Box_console_logging_enabled.exe binary, you open a DOS box and you can use the program. But if the DOS window is closed, access to the program is lost.

The software has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times, including using tools that leave no trace of the installation.

No error code was identified in the Windows event logs, if the box drive generates any log for debugging the path was not identified.

    I have the same problem. Open the Box_console_logging_enabled file and BOX working fine. Close Box_console_logging_enabled and the BOX is closed

    o problema é o warsaw  (é o aplicativo de segurança dos bancos no Brasil) da gas tecnologia. O Box inicia e o processo é finalizado pelo warsaw. Já abri reclamação na Diebold Nixdorf.....tem que aguardar a boa vontade deles resolverem o problema.  Já ocorreu comigo outra vez

    Diebold não vale nada. vou desinstalar warsaw pra testar

    Abre uma reclamação na diebold para ele criarem vergonha na cara....além de deixar as maquinas lerdas ainda atrapalham o funcionamento de outros apps

    Gente, vocês são fera.... Estava há mais de 3 horas procurando e lendo e instalando, desinstalando e nada. 

    Foi tirar warsaw e reiniciar o note que o box já abriu. Muitissimo Obrigada!!

    Agora o warsaw é administrado pela TOPAZ OFD (antiga Diebold Nixdorf) continua o mesmo problema para quem usa home banking. A solução é: desinstalar warsaw e reiniciar a máquina, vai ver que já inicia o BOX normalmente....se quiser pode reinstalar o módulo de segurança bancário novamente(warsaw) que tudo fica funcionando normalmente. Infelizmente tem que fazer isso quase todas as vezes que o box atualizar....mas é uma solução.

    como desinstala esse tal de warsaw? no meu computador não consegui, aparece uma mensagem dizendo q não é possível desinstalar pq não tenho permissão de adm

    @Aline abra as configurações > aplicativos > aplicativos e recursos > clica em warsaw e seleciona desistalar, vai aparecer um captcha de letras e numeros para confirmar a desinstalação
