    I'm really sorry about what happened with your Box files/ folders.

    Have you completely checked your Box Trash to see if your deleted contents are in there?

    Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about cloud restore from a point in time. Box Product support can help restore items that were deleted from your account and there is a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can recover those that were deleted in Trash.

    If you need further assistance from Product Support to check your deleted items, and if items can still be recovered, you may submit a new support ticket by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page.
