Help restore needed
Box Sync removed from the computer before retirement but still seems to sync - causing Box folders and files to be deleted from the cloud. The trash does not contain the missing folders and files - how to request a cloud restore from a point in time.

I'm really sorry about what happened with your Box files/ folders.
Have you completely checked your Box Trash to see if your deleted contents are in there?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about cloud restore from a point in time. Box Product support can help restore items that were deleted from your account and there is a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can recover those that were deleted in Trash.
