Hi

I didn't know that the payment was automatically made. 

I thought it would be automatically canceled after the free trial if I didn't extend it, but I'm confused because the payment was made.

I don't use this account now and I won't use it in the future. 

I want a refund and please let me know if you need action accordingly.

  Report them here ReportFraud.ftc.gov I did. It must be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up per the FTC. It's amazing the cancel link works really well after you renew but not before. It was a dead end. I have videos of us trying.
